It's day two in a week-long experiment into work-related stress at Kings Langley Secondary School, near Watford. A specially-tailored questionnaire reveals how the staff really feel about their own levels of stress.
Hermione Cockburn is joined by stress expert Dr Chris Gibbons of Queen's University, Belfast, who developed the questionnaire. Gibbons explains how it works and how the results of this experiment will help improve the understanding of stress and well-being at work.
A team of scientific experts continue to monitor the staff to see how they're coping with the demands of the classroom today.
Kings Langley is taking part in the experiment to monitor and evaluate the stress levels of the workforce and to help answer the question: how stressed is their school?
