Summary

Head of English Helen Wilson turns to Teachers TV life coach Gladeana McMahon for help in restarting her upwards career path.

Helen has previously won a North-West Teacher of the Year Award, and would appear to be a prime candidate for an assistant headship, but feels her career path has stalled.

The programme sees Gladeana set up a mock interview with a three experienced or former headteachers so she can observe Helen in action. After a debrief with the panel, Gladeana comes up with a plan, including a make over with a difference and learning about the feel-good factor in interviews.

Can Helen improve her performance in interviews and reach her goal?
