Summary
Behaviour expert Sue Cowley coaches Year 6 teacher Helen Platts using concealed cameras and microphones, helping Helen teach symmetry to a lower-ability maths group, in this classroom-management and pedagogy resource.
During the lesson Sue watches Helen through camera monitors in a control room and speaks to her using a hidden earpiece.
Sue also provides a commentary on how Helen is managing her class, identifying behavioural and learning issues and offering solutions. Sue addresses how to ignore low-level disruption and using the classroom space to control the lesson.
